Job summary

Office Angels is seeking an experienced Warehouse Manager in Esher to lead the warehouse and logistics operation, oversee inbound and outbound activities, and drive performance.

The role is 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, fully office-based, with a salary of £40,000-£45,000 plus up to 20% bonus and a benefits package.

You will join the Senior Leadership Team and manage a high-performing team, ensuring health and safety compliance and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Experience in warehouse management within logistics, distribution, or manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse operations and logistics processes.
• Experience managing import/export activities and customs requirements.
• Understanding of health and safety regulations in a warehouse environment.
• Strong leadership skills with experience managing and motivating teams.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making abilities.
• Experience using SAP.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all inbound and outbound warehouse operations.
• Monitor and improve operational KPIs and service performance.
• Oversee import and export activities.
• Manage warehouse budgets and cost controls.
• Drive continuous improvement and operational efficiency projects.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety standards and company procedures.
• Lead, coach, and develop the warehouse team.
