Job summary

Office Angels is hiring a Warehouse Manager in Esher for a fully on-site, 37.5-hour week. You will lead inbound/outbound warehouse operations, oversee import/export activities, manage budgets, and drive continuous improvement.

The role reports to the Senior Leadership Team and requires strong leadership to develop a high-performing team. The position offers a salary of £40,000–£45,000 plus a bonus scheme, pension, healthcare and wellbeing benefits, with 25 days holiday plus bank holidays.

Qualifications

• Extensive warehouse management experience in logistics or manufacturing.
• Proven knowledge of warehouse operations and logistics processes.
• Experience with import/export and customs requirements.
• Strong leadership and team development skills.
• Proficient in health and safety regulations.
• Experience using SAP (ideally).

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all inbound and outbound warehouse operations.
• Monitor and improve operational KPIs and service performance.
• Oversee import and export activities.
• Manage warehouse budgets and cost controls.
• Drive continuous improvement and operational efficiency projects.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety standards and company procedures.
• Lead, coach, and develop the warehouse team.
