Job description

The successful Warehouse Manager will join a small but successful online retailer, that over the last 3 years has developed from a cold start into a 5 million turnover business.

They’ve come a long way in a short space of time, but they're not slowing down, and as the warehouse manager, you’ll be instrumental in supporting their growth.

As the Warehouse Manager, you’ll oversee warehouse operations and enhance the e-commerce logistics efficiency including:

1. Overseeing and optimising warehouse operations, including inventory control, order processing, and stock forecasting.
2. Leading a team of 6 warehouse staff to maintain high performance and morale.
3. Managing the receipt, storage, distribution, and maintenance within the warehouse.
4. Developing and executing effective logistics strategies ensuring prompt and accurate product deliveries.
5. Leading continuous improvement initiatives to boost operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.

What you’ll need

1. Experience within an e-commerce, online retail business.
2. Demonstrable experience within warehouse / logistics management.
3. Excellent leadership and team management skills.
4. Exceptional organisational and time management skills.

Other Information

1. Basic salary £35k.
2. 23 days annual leave + bank holidays.
3. 40hrs per week - Monday to Friday 8 am to 5 pm.
