• Bachelor’s Degree in relevant studies with 12+ year relevant experience.
• Significant executive-level strategic account management or enterprise sales experience in banking, financial services technology, payments or related sector.
• Proven ability to build trusted relationships with C-suite and senior stakeholders while coordinating across functions.

• Own the overall commercial relationship and strategic account plan for a defined portfolio of UK banking and payments clients.
• Develop deep client intimacy to understand ambitions, pressures and measures of success and position ACI as the provider of choice.
• Navigate Tier 1 organisations to access senior decision-makers and build a broad sponsorship network.
• Create and execute multi-year account strategies with measurable outcomes and growth opportunities.
• Lead, influence, and coordinate cross-functional teams across Solution Consulting, Product Management, Client Delivery and more.
