Qualifications

• Passion for the marine industry and understanding of its markets.
• At least five years' experience in the commercial marine market.
• Experience with marine electronics, navigation systems, radar and communications.
• Knowledge of sectors such as government, defence, workboats, offshore or superyachts.
• Proven ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated, resourceful and able to work independently.
• Strong organisational and time-management skills.
• Fluent in spoken and written English.
• Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel.
• Experience in sales or account management.

Responsabilités

• Develop and execute a sales plan within the UK and Ireland commercial marine market.
• Manage and grow relationships with dealers, integrators, government and defence customers.
• Identify, develop and convert new business opportunities across the sector.
• Drive adoption of Raymarine Commercial products through partners and networks.
• Develop and maintain an effective dealer network for availability and service.
• Conduct regular visits to trade customers to promote sales and service.
• Deliver product demonstrations, technical presentations and training sessions.
• Attend trade exhibitions and industry conferences to build market awareness.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities; identify opportunities.
