Job summary

Confidential is seeking a Technical Account Executive to manage professional relationships for leisure marine products and coordinate high-specification projects globally. You will advise customers, prepare quotes, and guide orders from enquiry through delivery.

Based in the UK, you will work with planning, production and customer service teams to ensure on-time delivery and successful project completion, while exploring upsell opportunities and maintaining CRM/ERP records.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years' experience in account management, sales support or project coordination.
• Experience with technical, engineered or specification-led products.
• Strong communication skills with customers and technical stakeholders.
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Ability to prioritise workloads and manage multiple projects.
• Experience using CRM and business systems.
• Full driving licence and valid passport.
• Willingness to travel occasionally, including some weekends.

Responsibilities

• Managing day-to-day relationships with marine customers across global markets.
• Responding to enquiries and producing accurate quotations within agreed timescales.
• Supporting customers with technical product selection and project specifications.
• Managing the full order lifecycle from enquiry to delivery.
• Tracking projects and communicating updates to customers.
• Collaborating with production and planning teams to resolve scheduling issues.
• Identifying opportunities for repeat business and upsells within existing accounts.
• Maintaining CRM and ERP records, forecasts and sales pipelines.
• Supporting specialist superyacht and performance sailing projects.
• Attending industry events, regattas and boat shows when required.
• Gathering market and competitor intelligence to support growth.
