Job summary

Marine Resources is seeking a Technical Account Executive for Leisure Marine to blend technical knowledge with account management across the UK, Europe and international markets. This role will be the primary commercial and technical contact for a portfolio of marine customers, coordinating enquiries, quotations and project delivery with planning and production teams.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years' experience in account management, sales support or project coordination.
• Experience with technical, engineered or specification-led products.
• Strong communication with customers, project managers and technical stakeholders.
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Ability to prioritise workloads and manage multiple projects.
• Experience using CRM and business systems.
• Full driving licence and valid passport.
• Willingness to travel occasionally, including some weekends.

Responsibilities

• Managing day-to-day relationships with marine customers across global markets.
• Responding to enquiries and producing accurate quotations within agreed timescales.
• Supporting customers with technical product selection and project specifications.
• Managing the full order lifecycle from enquiry through to delivery.
• Tracking projects to ensure timely delivery and communicating updates to customers.
• Collaborating with production and planning teams to resolve scheduling challenges.
• Identifying opportunities for repeat business and additional sales.
• Maintaining CRM and ERP records, forecasts and pipelines.
• Supporting specialist superyacht and performance sailing projects.
• Attending industry events and customer visits as required.
