AECOM is seeking an Associate Director to shape the future of transport planning in the Midlands region. You will lead strategic initiatives, manage client relationships, and oversee delivery of complex transport projects while pursuing new business opportunities.

Qualifications

• Degree in Transport Planning, Civil Engineering, Urban Planning or related field.
• Chartered status with CIHT or TPS is preferred.
• Extensive experience in transport planning, appraisal and business case development.

Responsabilités

• Strategically lead development and execution of initiatives to grow transport planning.
• Manage client relations, bid development and project delivery with cross-disciplinary teams.
• Oversee complex transport planning projects ensuring quality and schedule adherence.
• Identify new business opportunities and collaborate on multidisciplinary wins.
• Recruit, mentor and develop high-performing transport planning teams.
