Job summary

The Royal Marsden NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a senior transformation programme lead to drive complex, trust‑wide improvement initiatives spanning outpatient and inpatient care, genomics developments and care pathway modernisation.

You will partner with executive sponsors, clinical leaders and multidisciplinary teams to shape programmes, manage interdependencies and realise measurable benefits for patients and staff.

Qualifications

• Masters degree or equivalent job-related experience.
• Formal project management or quality improvement qualification.
• Evidence of continuous professional development.
• IHI Improvement Adviser or Improvement Coach certification.

Responsibilities

• Lead the prioritisation, planning and delivery of transformation projects.
• Engage executive sponsors and clinical leaders across the Trust.
• Ensure benefits realisation and transition to business as usual.
• Support governance and risk management throughout the programme.
