Job summary

University Hospitals of Leicester NHS Trust is seeking an experienced programme leader to drive major cancer transformation across the East Midlands. You will work with senior clinical leaders, executives and national teams to deliver high-profile change across organisations.

Step into a role that shapes service redesign, investment decisions and adoption of new technologies, while leading multidisciplinary teams and sustaining a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement across the NHS

Qualifications

• Master's degree or equivalent experience in programme management, healthcare improvement or a related discipline.
• Evidence of continuing professional development (CPD).
• Significant experience leading large, complex transformation programmes across organisational boundaries.
• Strong knowledge of NHS strategy, cancer services and programme delivery.
• Excellent leadership, communication and influencing skills with senior stakeholders.
• Experience managing complex budgets, governance and risk.
• Strong analytical skills with data-driven improvement.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary teams and delivering change in healthcare environments.
