Job summary

The Royal Marsden NHS Foundation Trust seeks a senior programme lead to drive transformation and quality improvement across Trust initiatives. You will lead scoping events, manage milestones, and present to Executive Directors for ongoing support.

You will embed governance, coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure data-driven reporting while maintaining high standards of patient safety and NHS values.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience.
• Masters degree or equivalent job related experience or post grad calibre.
• Formal project management or Quality Improvement qualification or demonstrable experience delivering projects.
• Evidence of continuous personal development.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership for transformation/QI programmes and engage with stakeholders including Executive Directors, staff, patients and carers.
• Lead programme scoping events and workshops and facilitate project team meetings.
• Present to Executive Directors and senior teams to gain support and ensure programme milestones are met.
• Develop and maintain detailed work plans and ensure implementation support throughout project lifecycles.
• Embed robust Clinical and Corporate Governance in change processes and carry out risk assessments.
