Job summary

The Royal Marsden NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Programme Manager (Genomics) to lead a portfolio of digital and genomics projects from inception to completion, with travel to Trust sites. You will develop team capabilities, oversee governance, and ensure on-time delivery within budget.

You will work with senior leaders including NTGMS to transform clinical services and drive outcomes, delivering value across multiple stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of successfully delivering projects.
• Exceptional communication skills.
• Demonstrated leadership and matrix management ability.
• PRINCE2 practitioner level qualification.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and delivery of a comprehensive programme of digital genomics projects.
• Provide programme governance and formal report submissions to Senior Responsible Officers.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to quality standards.
• Liaise with stakeholders from the business and Digital Diagnostics Programme.
• Coordinate with NTGMS leadership and allied pathology projects where appropriate.
• Deliver all projects in full compliance with the Trust's PMO framework.
• Maintain milestone, budget, and timeline tracking with KPIs.
