Job summary

The Royal Marsden NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a qualified project/programme manager to lead genomic data and digital programmes within the PMO framework. You will manage milestones, budgets and timelines, and report progress with KPIs, while collaborating with clinical and non-clinical teams to ensure delivery.

You will apply Prince2 techniques and demonstrate leadership, change management, and effective communication across staff at all levels, with willingness to travel as required.

Qualifications

• Educated to degree level or equivalent experience.
• Prince 2 Practitioner level.

Responsibilities

• Deliver projects in full compliance with the Trust's PMO framework.
• Deliver key milestones, budget and timelines with KPIs.
• Prepare project reporting and risk logs; ensure on-target delivery.
• Work as part of a team or independently.
