Job summary

Hansen Filler Associates is seeking a Transformation Manager to join a growing Change & Transformation function within an international insurance business. You will work with senior stakeholders to identify challenges, shape solutions and drive delivery from strategy through to implementation.

Key areas include TOM design, process improvement and governance, cross-functional transformation across technology, finance and operations, and delivering meaningful business outcomes in a hybrid delivery

Qualifications

• Experience in management consulting, business transformation or complex change.
• Strong experience across operating model design and transformation delivery.
• A track record of taking complex problems from diagnosis through to implementation.
• Strong stakeholder management and senior-level communication skills.
• Experience managing transformation programmes, risks and dependencies.
• Proactive, analytical and collaborative approach.
• Financial services or insurance experience is desirable.

Responsibilities

• You’ll work closely with senior business and technology stakeholders to identify complex business challenges, shape solutions and drive transformation through to implementation.
• Designing and implementing Target Operating Models (TOMs).
• Driving business and process improvement.
• Supporting organisational transformation across structure, processes and governance.
• Improving customer and member-facing service models.
• Leading cross-functional transformation across technology, finance and operational functions.
• Managing transformation plans, risks, issues, dependencies and governance.
• Working across Agile, Waterfall and hybrid delivery environments.
• Partnering with senior stakeholders to influence strategy and deliver meaningful business outcomes.
