Job summary

EY in London seeks a Transformation Design Management leader to architect target operating models, build investor-grade business cases and mobilise transformation programmes that deliver measurable benefits. You will shape strategy, design governance, and align senior stakeholders across private-sector clients.

Responsibilities include TOM design, business-case leadership, benefits realisation, and establishing TMO/PMO, with a focus on cross-functional delivery, risk management and value

Qualifications

• Experience in consulting and driving large-scale transformation initiatives.
• Ability to translate strategy into delivery plans and governance.

Responsibilities

• Shape transformation direction and align senior stakeholders to drive end-to-end value realization.
• Lead cross-functional TOM design and define implementation roadmaps.
• Own the end-to-end business case including options analysis, costs/benefits and funding models.
• Define and track benefits, KPIs and governance across programmes.
• Stand up TMO/PMO governance and cadence; manage roles, skills and delivery model.
