Job summary

Lean Executives Ltd. is supporting a UK manufacturing business undergoing a significant SAP ERP transformation in Buckinghamshire.

We are seeking a Process Expert to help shape future operations by aligning and simplifying processes for the next-generation ERP environment. In this role you will bridge business and SAP teams, map end-to-end processes, and drive standardisation and continuous improvement across manufacturing, procurement, supply chain, and finance.

Qualifications

• Experience leading manufacturing, operations or supply chain changes.
• Ability to translate business needs into system requirements.
• Strong process mapping and continuous improvement experience.
• Proactive, analytical, and collaborative problem-solver.

Responsibilities

• Map and improve end-to-end business processes.
• Support design of future SAP-enabled workflows.
• Champion process standardisation and continuous improvement.
• Coordinate with ERP programme teams across functions.
• Support ERP testing, data validation and user adoption.
• Engage stakeholders to drive successful implementation.
