Lean Executives Ltd. is partnering with a UK manufacturing business to drive a significant SAP ERP transformation. The Process Expert will bridge the business needs with SAP configurations, ensuring current processes and future requirements are reflected across the programme.

The role focuses on standardising processes, supporting ERP testing and data validation, and coordinating with Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Finance and Sales Operations to deliver lasting operational improvements.

Qualifications

• Experience mapping and improving end-to-end processes in manufacturing or supply chain.
• Ability to translate business needs into ERP system requirements and configs.
• Proactive, analytical, collaborative approach to problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Map and improve end-to-end business processes within the SAP ERP programme.
• Support design of future SAP-enabled ways of working.
• Champion process standardisation and continuous improvement.
