Job summary

Lendable is seeking a detail-oriented Financial Operations Executive to join its growing team in London. You will ensure timely processing of transactions, reconcile payments, and monitor liquidity across the platform to support rapid product delivery.

Working with Capital Markets, Data Science and Product, you will help improve processes, maintain controls, and keep products live. This role blends finance rigor with fintech speed, and offers hybrid work with three days in-office weekly.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with reconciliations (bank, cash, payments or collections).
• Experience in executing payments/bank transfers with multiple accounts.
• Ability to meet daily deadlines in a time-sensitive environment.
• Proven track record of improving processes and delivering outcomes.
• Strong attention to detail and high accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Reconcile collections and repayments daily between platform and bank transactions.
• Prepare and execute bank transfers with multiple banking partners.
• Monitor liquidity levels and support cash management.
• Collaborate with Capital Markets, Data Science and Product to improve processes.
• Maintain auto auction proceeds and allocate costs to investors.
• Support product maintenance through financial oversight and checks.
• Contribute to ad-hoc projects and administrative tasks.
