Job summary

YouLend is seeking a Head of Strategy & Transformation to lead a major 2-3 year operations transformation. You will own the TOM, govern the change portfolio, and translate frontline needs into clearly defined tech requirements.

You’ll lead analysts and partner with Engineering to prioritise delivery, drive automation, and ensure benefits are realised. The role reports to the VP of Operations in London, with a focus on delivering a scalable, post-transaction operating model and a high-performing

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading strategy, transformation or portfolio/programme management within an operations environment.
• Strong track record translating business and operational requirements into technology-delivered outcomes.
• Leadership of small, high-performing teams of analysts/business analysts.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication at senior leadership level.

Responsibilities

• Own and evolve YouLend’s 2-3 year Operations Target Operating Model (TOM).
• Govern cross-functional change portfolio prioritisation, business case standards and benefits tracking.
• Translate frontline pain points into clear, prioritised requirements and user stories with Technology product owners.
• Lead the innovation pipeline for Operations, piloting automation and efficiency opportunities.
• Own change adoption, including stakeholder communication, training and embedding.
• Use performance data to assess TOM impact and articulate benefits.
