Job summary

YouLend Limited in London is seeking a Strategy Senior Associate to own scale partnerships, turn around underperformance, and build business cases for new products or markets. You will shape commercial proposals and drive cross-functional initiatives to accelerate growth in a fast-paced fintech environment.

You will analyse partnership performance, pricing, support RFPs, and present insights to partners. You will have autonomy to define your own roadmap and contribute to YouLend's growth

Qualifications

• Experience in partnerships and commercial growth within fintech or scaleups.
• Ability to analyse data to inform strategy and investment decisions.
• Strong capability to create clear, structured presentations for senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• What you'll be doing: identify and drive high-value growth opportunities across partners, products and markets.
• Own performance deep-dives for strategic partners and translate findings into action.
• Build business cases for new product, market and partner initiatives.
• Structure commercial proposals, pilots and partner growth plans.
• Create operating rhythms, tools and processes to scale YouLend.
• Collaborate across Partnerships, Product, Risk, Data, Operations and Capital Markets to deliver outcomes.
