TT Club & P&I Club is undergoing a strategic shift to enhance business and technology change. The Transformation Manager will run cross-functional workstreams, align initiatives with objectives, and ensure governance and value-driven delivery across teams.

You will partner with business leaders and subject matter experts to define future operating models, improve processes, and embed sustainable change while fostering collaboration and continuous improvement.

Qualifikationen

• Experience delivering business transformation or strategic change initiatives.
• Strong project, programme or transformation delivery delivery experience.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication abilities.
• Degree, professional qualification or equivalent practical experience.

Aufgaben

• Lead and support delivery of business and technology transformation initiatives.
• Manage transformation workstreams, plans, risks, issues, dependencies and budgets.
• Support design and implementation of target operating models and business processes.
• Facilitate workshops and stakeholder engagement to identify improvements.
• Provide governance, reporting and performance insights to aid decision-making.
• Champion continuous improvement and transformation best practices.
• Coach and support less experienced transformation professionals.
