Protection Group International (PGI) seeks a Head of Technology to lead the technology strategy and transformation across the organisation. The role sits on the Senior Leadership Team, shaping technology investments, programmes, and operational resilience to drive sustainable growth.

You will collaborate with stakeholders at executive level to translate strategic objectives into scalable technology solutions, while championing innovation and risk management to deliver measurable business value.

Formación

• Significant leadership experience in technology, cyber, or digital transformation.
• Experience operating at a senior leadership level and influencing organisational strategy.
• Proven ability to develop and deliver technology strategy that drives business outcomes.
• Experience leading complex programmes and cross‑functional delivery teams.

Responsabilidades

• Define and deliver the technology strategy aligned with organisational objectives.
• Lead the technology function and ensure effective governance of transformation programmes.
• Provide clear reporting on programme performance, benefits, risks and opportunities.
• Own the technology department budget and ensure value realisation and cost control.
