Job summary

Ipsos in the UK is seeking a Head of Internal Communications to lead internal communications across the UK & Ireland. You will partner with senior leaders to translate strategy into compelling storytelling, campaigns and events that engage employees and support organisational change.

You will build a high-performing function, leverage AI-enabled tools, and work closely with People teams and business leaders to deliver insights-driven communications across a complex, matrixed organisation.

Qualifications

• Significant experience leading internal or employee communications programmes.
• Ability to translate business priorities into engaging communications.
• Excellent storytelling, written and verbal communication skills.
• Credibility when partnering with senior leaders and executives.
• Strong stakeholder management and collaboration across functions.

Responsibilities

• Lead internal communications for Ipsos UK & Ireland, shaping strategy and message discipline.
• Oversee executive communications, engagement campaigns and change communications.
• Develop and deliver integrated communications plans to drive employee engagement.
