Job summary

Chanel in London is seeking a Head of Internal Communications & Transformation to partner with Global Corporate Functions leaders, translating priorities and transformation ambitions into clear internal communications that engage employees and support the company vision.

You will lead communication for corporate functions, manage two team members, and shape the narrative around transformation, change, and employee experience across locations worldwide.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in internal/executive/change communications within a complex, international org.
• Ability to advise and influence senior leaders and translate priorities into strategies.
• Expertise in employee engagement metrics and practices.
• Strong stakeholder management, project leadership, and people management.
• Excellent strategic writing and storytelling; ability to simplify complexity.

Responsibilities

• Act as strategic partner to Global Corporate Functions leaders and translate priorities into tailored internal communication strategies.
• Lead HQ-based employee engagement moments and drive cohesive employee experience across locations.
• Oversee communications for major transformation initiatives and guide leadership messaging.
• Define measures of communication impact using feedback and channel insights.
