Job summary

You will work to hit monthly targets, coordinate with course staff, and use Dynamics to handle bookings, quotes and joining instructions.

The role emphasizes meeting client needs, promoting Apprenticeship Standards, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver high-quality courses.

Qualifications

• Experience using Microsoft Dynamics or similar CRM systems.
• Strong sales and client relationship development skills.
• Ability to plan, organise and manage multiple courses.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
• Proactive in developing new business and cross-selling.

Responsibilities

• Generate business from existing and new clients while meeting targets.
• Maintain regular contact with clients and develop long-term relationships.
• Identify prospective clients and follow up with them.
• Coordinate with Course Coordinators to meet awarding standards.
• Prepare quotations, invoices and joining instructions using Dynamics.
• Liaise with Accounts on invoices and credits.
• Present to clients and support Apprenticeship Standards promotion.
