Responsibilities

• Win new business through proactive sales activity, networking, meetings, calls and local engagement.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with employers and key accounts.
• Understand employer needs and identify opportunities for apprenticeships and workforce development.
• Match apprentices with suitable vacancies and arrange interviews.
• Work with internal teams to understand apprentice strengths and suitability.
• Support apprentices through recruitment and interview preparation.
• Act as primary contact for employers, delivering high service levels and resolving issues.
