The position requires extensive instructional design expertise, collaboration with cross-functional teams, and flexibility to travel to UK sites. A strong background in digital media and design tools is essential.

Qualifications

• Proven experience creating training content with industry tools.
• Applying instructional design theories to develop effective learning.
• Ability to translate technical info into engaging visuals.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Training Developers and Senior Training Developers.
• Delegate tasks to leverage skills and develop talent.
• Own work quality, standards, and delivery within CMDC Training Service.
• Drive continuous improvement and stay current with training tech.
• Coordinate with peers to align quality and direction.
• Coach and mentor training developers for skill growth.
