Job summary

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the training and development strategy to meet business needs.
• Lead a team to develop and deliver high-quality training programmes.
• Identify training needs and priorities through needs assessments, performance evaluations and stakeholder feedback.
• Evaluating training effectiveness through assessments, surveys and feedback to measure learning outcomes and make continuous improvements.
