Qualifications

  • Experience leading compensation and benefits processes.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the annual Total Rewards cycle, including compensation reviews.
  • Lead gender pay gap reporting and national minimum wage adjustments.
  • Negotiate and renew benefits supplier contracts.
  • Educate teams on Total Rewards topics.
  • Monitor programme effectiveness and manage UK TR budget.
