Job summary

Huws Gray Limited is seeking a driven Territory Sales Manager to grow our business across Minera and Wrexham. You will identify new opportunities, re-engage lapsed accounts and build lasting partnerships with customers and suppliers.

You will manage a strong sales pipeline, work with branches to ensure smooth onboarding, and hit sales targets while monitoring market trends and competitor activity. A field-based role offering flexible working options and career growth within a respected building

Qualifications

• Proven track record in field-based sales.
• Experience with builders' merchants, construction or building materials is advantageous.
• Familiarity with CRM systems for pipeline management and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Identify and secure profitable new business opportunities through prospecting, networking and site visits.
• Build and manage a strong sales pipeline and convert opportunities into long-term trading relationships.
• Develop and execute territory plans to maximise customer engagement and account acquisition.
• Build trusted relationships with business owners, buyers and key decision-makers.
• Collaborate with branch teams to ensure a seamless customer onboarding experience.
• Deliver against sales and margin targets and monitor market trends.
