You will work with the Service Sales Team to identify cross-business opportunities, engage with customers, and provide precise quotations to high-quality specifications while maintaining strong relationships.

Qualifications

• Exceptional communication skills, verbal and written; fluent in English.
• Strong interpersonal skills and team player.
• UK driving license required.
• Proven excellent customer focus.
• Background in the power sector.
• Knowledge of Hitachi Energy Procut Portfolio desired.

Responsibilities

• Prepare technical and commercial offers based on customer specs.
• Analyse project requirements with stakeholders and create a realistic schedule.
• Track bids and report status using Salesforce.
• Conduct win/loss analysis to identify tender success drivers.
• Incorporate lessons learned into future bids.
• Understand customer service principles and their impact.
