Qualifications

• Higher education in electrical engineering or related field.
• Strong tendering and commercial process experience.
• Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
• Good knowledge of UK power systems and grid automation market.
• Willingness to travel.

Responsibilities

• Lead tenders from initial requirements to contract closing and handover to operations.
• Create and complete bids/estimations/quotations based on customer specifications and commercial requirements.
• Ensure tenders are high-quality, commercially, legally and technically optimized, competitive and profitable.
• Collaborate with supply chain management to capture quotations from suppliers and sub-contractors.
• Conduct cost calculations and determine margins in cooperation with the sales team; assess risks in proposed works.
• Plan tenders and ensure on-time tender submittals; provide technical support during pursuit and contract negotiations.
• Prepare tender documents and reports for internal reviews and approvals.
• Work with European and Indian tendering teams, internal operations, and factory units.
