Job summary

We are seeking a technically proficient, commercially driven Technical Business Development Director to lead strategic growth across our process engineering and fabrication business. This senior role identifies, secures and develops major project opportunities across diverse industrial sectors, driving revenue growth and client relationships.

You will coordinate with engineering, design, fabrication and project delivery teams to translate customer needs into high-value engineering and turnkey

Qualifications

• Proven experience in process engineering, fabrication or industrial manufacturing.
• Senior level business development or commercial leadership experience.
• Strong understanding of process systems and engineered solutions.
• Experience securing high-value engineering projects.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement growth strategies across engineering and fabrication services.
• Identify and secure major projects through relationships with end users, EPC contractors and partners.
• Lead opportunities from inquiry to contract award with engineering and estimating teams.
• Build and maintain a robust pipeline and strategic framework agreements.
