You will lead senior commercial initiatives, secure major projects and build long-term client partnerships across industrial sectors.

Working with engineering, design and delivery teams, you will translate customer requirements into high-value technical solutions, mentor the commercial team and help shape future service

Qualifications

• Proven experience in process engineering and industrial fabrication.
• Senior leadership in business development or commercial roles.
• Experience securing high-value engineering projects.

Responsibilities

• Develop growth strategies across engineering and fabrication services.
• Identify and secure major project opportunities with EPCs and end users.
• Lead opportunities from enquiry to contract award with estimates.
• Mentor and develop commercial team members.
