Job summary

We Do Group, Leed广s-based with hybrid working, is seeking a Procurement Specialist/Sourcing Manager to own end-to-end sourcing, negotiations and renewals across Software, SaaS, Cloud, Hosting and Professional Services. You will build category plans, create a proactive contract pipeline and drive value across the procurement function.

You will partner with Legal, Finance and senior budget owners to deliver savings, manage risk and improve supplier performance, while ensuring sustainable

Qualifications

• Proven end-to-end procurement experience.
• Strong negotiation and sourcing skills.
• Excellent stakeholder management and influencing abilities.
• Ability to run tenders or RFPs independently.
• Demonstrated savings, cost avoidance or improved supplier terms.

Responsibilities

• Manage sourcing projects across technology and professional services.
• Run RFPs, tenders, renewals and supplier negotiations from start to finish.
• Build category plans and a forward-looking procurement pipeline.
• Improve visibility across contracts, renewal dates and commitments.
• Negotiate pricing, licensing, contract terms, renewals and exit provisions.
• Collaborate with Legal, Finance, Technology, Information Security and budget owners.
• Identify savings, cost avoidance and supplier rationalisation opportunities.
• Introduce greater competitive tension across third party spend.
• Monitor supplier performance, risk, compliance and financial stability.
