Job summary

System C is seeking a Senior Procurement Specialist to join the Group Procurement team in the UK. You will own end-to-end sourcing, negotiate commercial terms, and partner with stakeholders to deliver value in a fast-moving, technology-led environment.

You will lead renewals, negotiate pricing models for software, SaaS, cloud hosting and IT services, and manage a robust contract renewal pipeline with governance and compliance in mind.

Qualifications

• Own end-to-end procurement and negotiation for tech/software/services.
• Deliver commercial value through renewals and sourcing.
• Experience with licensing, SaaS and consumption-based pricing.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end procurement and sourcing across renewals and new deals for software, SaaS, cloud hosting, IT services and professional services.
• Partner with spend owners to shape requirements and engage the market at the right stage.
• Lead commercial negotiations with Legal on pricing, renewals, obligations and exit terms.
• Maintain a clear pipeline of contracts and renewals and keep activity on track.
• Ensure spend over £25k is reviewed for pricing, governance and compliance.
• Ensure procurement activities comply with internal policies and governance.
