Job summary

Energy Jobline ZR is seeking a Senior Procurement Specialist to join a major UK energy integration project on a 2-3 month contract. You will lead software contract renewals, migrations and restructurings, working with legal, finance and technology teams to secure commercial outcomes.

Candidate will have extensive enterprise software procurement experience, strong licensing knowledge and proven senior stakeholder management skills. Hybrid working with 1-2 days per week in Leeds.

Qualifications

• Significant procurement experience across enterprise software, technology contracts and supplier transitions.
• Strong knowledge of software licensing models and contractual frameworks, with ERP licensing experience desirable.
• Proven success negotiating with major software vendors in large, complex enterprise environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead software contract renewals, exits, novations and migrations across a portfolio of strategic suppliers.
• Negotiate with Tier 1 software vendors to secure favourable commercial terms and cost efficiencies.
• Review agreements to identify obligations, risks and optimisation opportunities.
• Develop commercial recommendations and governance updates across cross-functional workstreams.
