Job summary

System C is seeking a Senior Procurement Specialist to join our Group Procurement team in Nottingham. This hands-on role owns end-to-end sourcing, partners with stakeholders, and applies commercial judgement in a fast-moving technology-led environment.

You will lead procurement across renewals and new deals, including software, SaaS, cloud and IT services, driving value through competitive sourcing and strong negotiations.

Qualifications

• Solid experience owning end-to-end procurement and negotiation.
• Track record of delivering commercial value through renewals and competitive sourcing.
• Confident with pricing models such as licensing, SaaS and consumption-based pricing.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end procurement across renewals and new deals (software, SaaS, IT services).
• Partner with spend owners to shape requirements and engage the market.
• Lead commercial negotiations with Legal on pricing, renewals and contracts.
• Manage a pipeline of contracts and renewals; ensure governance and compliance.
