Job summary

Qualifications

• Proven experience in procurement, purchasing or supply chain management.
• Strong commercial acumen with supplier contract negotiation and cost savings.
• Experience managing supplier relationships and performance.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret spend data.
• Experience managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of procurement systems and contract management processes.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver procurement strategy, identifying opportunities to reduce costs and maximise value.
• Lead sourcing activities, including tenders, supplier selection, RFQs and negotiations.
• Build and manage supplier relationships, monitor performance and mitigate risk.
• Oversee the full contract lifecycle, ensuring compliance with terms and renewals.
• Manage day-to-day procurement operations across the business.
• Monitor budgets and deliver cost savings without compromising quality or service.
• Ensure procurement activities comply with policies, legal requirements and ethical sourcing.
• Partner with internal stakeholders to provide expert procurement advice and improve processes.
