Job summary

System C in the United Kingdom is seeking a Senior Procurement Specialist to lead end-to-end sourcing across technology and services, partnering with spend owners and stakeholders to deliver value-driven outcomes. Reporting to the Group Procurement and Sustainability Manager, you will steer renewals, software, cloud, IT services, and professional services negotiations, ensuring compliance and governance.

Qualifications

• Experience owning end-to-end procurement and negotiations in technology, SaaS or services.
• Track record of delivering commercial value through renewals and competitive sourcing.
• Confidence with licensing, SaaS and consumption-based pricing.
• Strong stakeholder management and ability to influence.
• Detail-focused, process-driven approach; proficient in Microsoft 365 and P2P systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end procurement and sourcing across renewals and new deals including software, SaaS, cloud and hosting, IT and professional services.
• Partner with spend owners to shape requirements, engage the market and ensure procurement involvement at the right stage.
• Negotiate commercially with Legal on pricing models, renewals, obligations and exit arrangements.
• Maintain a clear pipeline of contracts, renewals, and actions while prioritising activity and governance.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and Delegation of Authority; review third‑party spend over £25k.
