Job summary

QBE is seeking a Technology Delivery Governance Manager in London to lead governance, assurance and performance management across the Technology Services change portfolio. This role partners with Technology Directors, Finance, Risk, Procurement and strategic suppliers to ensure delivery meets standards, controls and business objectives.

You will oversee DMF and SDLC adherence, drive reporting, and lead governance of strategic suppliers, including Jira and Confluence administration.

Qualifications

Significant experience in portfolio governance and PMO.
Experience operating within complex technology/change portfolios.
Experience producing executive-level portfolio, financial and risk reporting.
Experience working with senior stakeholder relationships across business and technology functions.

Responsibilities

Provide governance, assurance and oversight across the Technology Services portfolio.
Ensure all Technology Services initiatives comply with the DMF, SDLC controls and governance standards.
Support governance forums, investment boards and steering committees with high-quality reporting.
Drive consistent governance and delivery practices across Technology Services.
Maintain oversight of change investment including project expenditure and budget performance.
Lead governance for strategic delivery partners and monitor supplier performance.
