Job summary

Expleo seeks a QE Governance Lead to provide independent quality governance, risk assurance, and release oversight across the Technology Transformation portfolio. You will establish QE standards, policies, quality gates, metrics, and controls to ensure auditable and risk-managed delivery across programmes and technology domains.

• Experience governing large transformation portfolios and complex programmes.
• Strong understanding of QE, automation-first testing, and governance.

• Own the Unified Master Test Strategy and governance frameworks.
• Establish quality gates, risk controls, and release governance.
• Provide independent QA oversight across transformation initiatives.
