Job summary

QBE Europe is seeking a Programme Manager to oversee the delivery of IT programmes in a hybrid London role. You will partner with business leaders, lead multiple projects, and manage cross-functional teams to deliver complex initiatives on time and within budget.

You will work with Technology, Architecture and Data teams, driving business cases and ensuring clear roadmaps that align with strategic goals. Prior experience in insurance and Salesforce-enabled changes is highly valued.

Qualifications

• Extensive programme management experience.
• Strong business partnering and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience delivering Salesforce-enabled business change.
