Job summary

SMBC Group EMEA is seeking an IT Service Delivery Operational Governance Manager, Vice President, to lead governance across ITSM and resilience within a complex regulatory environment in London. You will partner with Technology, Risk, Internal Audit and Compliance to embed controls, support audits and drive maturity in IT governance, ensuring services meet regulatory obligations and business needs.

Qualifications

• Experience in IT Service Management governance and technology controls.
• Strong ITIL and COBIT knowledge within regulated environments.
• Experience supporting audits and regulatory remediation.
• Excellent stakeholder management and reporting skills.
• Knowledge of DORA, FCA/PRA, SOX is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day IT Service Delivery Governance activities.
• Provide governance oversight across ITSM practices and controls.
• Support governance of IBS and CIF services.
• Coordinate audit, regulatory and remediation activities.
• Produce KPI, KRI and maturity reporting for stakeholders.
• Drive standardisation and continual improvement of service management.
• Conduct governance reviews and assurance activities.
• Promote resilience, recoverability and auditability.
• Provide constructive challenge and drive accountability.
• Support governance transformation and maturity uplift.
