Job summary

Expleo Group seeks a QE Governance Lead to provide independent quality governance, risk assurance, and release oversight across the Technology Transformation portfolio. You will define portfolio-wide QE standards, policies, quality gates, metrics and controls to ensure auditable, risk-managed delivery across transformation programmes and technology domains.

You will own governance across diverse platforms, lead governance forums, and enable executive Go/No-Go decisions through quality reporting

Qualifications

• Proven experience governing large-scale transformation portfolios.
• Strong understanding of Quality Engineering, automation-first, risk-based testing, governance, and release assurance.
• Excellent executive stakeholder management and influencing skills.
• Strong communication and leadership capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Own Unified Master Test Strategy, quality engineering standards, policies and governance frameworks.
• Establish quality gates, risk controls, and release governance across programmes.
• Ensure traceability, auditability and compliance throughout the software delivery lifecycle.
• Provide independent quality assurance oversight across transformation initiatives.
• Review programme test strategies, coverage models, and readiness assessments.
• Lead quality health checks, assurance reviews and governance forums.
• Support Go/No-Go decisions through risk-based quality reporting.
