Job summary

Qualifications

• You should have a good standard of education including English and Maths Graded 4-9 or A–C, or equivalent experience as detailed in the person specification.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example in embedding the council's vision, values and behaviours within the Transactional Services Team.
• Manage, supervise and provide technical support and discretionary decisions related to Transactional and Customer Services.
• Contribute to wider service area management and drive strategic planning, development and continuous improvement of Transactional Services.
