Job summary

Durham County Council is seeking a full-time permanent Team Leader for its Transactional Services Team in Spennymoor, Durham. You will manage, supervise, and lead the team, providing technical support and discretionary decision making to Customer and Transactional Services, while modelling the council's values.

In this role you will contribute to service planning, development and continuous improvement to achieve better outcomes in line with policy, regulations and governance.

Qualifications
