Envirogen is seeking a proactive Temporary Talent Sourcer to join our Talent Acquisition function for a 3-month FTC. The role focuses on building talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs across key functions and geographies.

We value strong LinkedIn Recruiter sourcing skills, excellent communication, and the ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities. You will partner with Talent Acquisition and support employer branding initiatives to attract top talent.

Qualifications

• Sourcing or recruitment experience, ideally in-house or agency.
• Strong LinkedIn Recruiter sourcing skills.
• Excellent communication and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Experience building pipelines for specialist and professional roles (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Identify and engage passive candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing channels
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for critical and hard-to-fill roles
• Conduct initial candidate outreach
• Develop talent maps and market intelligence to support hiring strategies
• Maintain accurate candidate records within the ATS
• Partner closely with Talent Acquisition to understand future talent requirements
• Support employer branding and talent attraction initiatives where required
