Job summary

Talentful, a leading talent consultancy, is seeking a proactive Recruiter Sourcer to help our client attract world-class talent. You will leverage deep sourcing techniques, engage passive candidates, and work closely with senior recruiters to deliver a top-of-funnel experience.

You’ll embed with a client, understand culture, and coordinate interviews and logistics while advocating for standout candidate experiences.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of recruitment sourcing experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong sourcing skills, and expertise with Boolean.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with candidates and stakeholders.
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Find and attract the world's best talent to our client.
• Utilize deep sourcing techniques to find passive candidates.
• Embed with a client to understand culture socially and professionally.
• Partner with stakeholders to communicate the value of good talent practice.
• Provide top-of-funnel support with senior recruiters.
• Schedule interviews, travel, and logistics accurately.
