Job summary

Envirogen is seeking a proactive Talent Sourcer to join the Talent Acquisition function on a 3-month fixed-term contract (FTC). The role focuses on building talent pipelines across current and future hiring needs, using LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing channels to engage passive candidates.

Key responsibilities include developing talent maps, maintaining ATS records, and collaborating with Talent Acquisition to forecast requirements while supporting employer branding efforts as needed.

Qualifications

• Sourcing or recruitment experience, ideally in-house or agency.
• Strong LinkedIn Recruiter sourcing skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Experience building talent pipelines for specialist and professional roles.

Responsibilities

• Identify and engage passive candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing channels.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for critical and hard-to-fill roles.
• Conduct initial candidate outreach.
• Develop talent maps and market intelligence to support hiring strategies.
• Maintain accurate candidate records within the ATS.
• Partner closely with Talent Acquisition to understand future talent requirements.
• Support employer branding and talent attraction initiatives where required.

Temporary Talent Sourcer

We are seeking a proactive Talent Sourcer to join our Talent Acquisition function on a 3 month FTC. The role will focus on building talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs across key functions and geographies.

• Identify and engage passive candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing channels

It would be ideal if you had experience in:

• Previous sourcing or recruitment experience, ideally within an in-house or agency environment

• Experience building talent pipelines for specialist and professional roles preferred
